Business eStatement Agreement

Century Bank of Florida

Century Bank of Florida offers you the ability to receive deposit account statements with the bank electronically.  You may elect to receive this information in paper by calling the bank at (813)961-3300.  There is no cost to obtain paper copies of any electronic records. 

Your consent to receive deposit account statements electronically applies only to the receipt of electronic statements on the deposit accounts you have with the Bank at this time. 

In order to receive this information electronically, you will need: 

  • A computer with Adobe Acrobat software enabling you to download and open a PDF file in addition to the Computer Hardware and System Requirements outlined in Section VI of the Online Banking and Bill Pay Agreement. (Adobe Acrobat Reader , which is available for download free of charge at https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Please note that we are not responsible for the performance of any third party software or for any damage to your computer or other equipment caused by the installation of any third party software.)

  • A connection to the internet, the most current version of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge

  • A valid e-mail address

  • A printer (optional) if you wish to print your e-statements

If you should change your email address in the future, please forward the updated information to the Bank for our records.

You may also withdraw your consent to use or accept the records electronically at any time.  In order to withdraw your consent, you may call us at the number listed above or contact the Bank at P.O. Box 17704, Tampa, Florida 33682-7704. In doing so, please indicate your name, address, daytime phone number and the type of transaction(s) you are withdrawing your consent.  However, please do not include any account numbers, personal identification numbers (PIN) or other information that is used for security purposes.
